Can I order your gift items over the phone ?

Yes, simply call us toll free direct to Israel 1-866-609-5918. If you receive a voice mail, leave your order information with your shipping address, credit card and expiry date, item ID's requested, and a clear phone number to contact you. We will call you to confirm the order.

Can i order items by fax?

Sure, just send us a fax to 866-609-5913 with your item number(s), billing address, shipping address, (if different), Phone number, special requests, and credit card info (Card number & exp. date).
If you want us to contact you, please add a note.

Shipping

Shipment of your order will be carried out by International EMS Door to Door (We ship to any address in Israel for $5.00). There is no an additional handling fee, or sales tax.
We will process your order immediately upon receipt so that you can receive and enjoy your merchandise as soon as possible. Orders received on Friday afternoon & Saturday will be processed first thing Sunday morning. Please allow 10-14 business days for delivery, however, from our experience, actual delivery time is quicker.
Canaan Online is committed to having your order arrive in excellent condition. In the infrequent instance of damage, a full refund will be provided for unused items returned to us in its original packaging.

Do you offer gift wrapping? Greeting cards?

Although we gift wrap everything (free of charge), Please let us know if gift wrapping is required so that we can pay extra attention to it.
We are also printing Greeting Cards please write the text for your greeting card at check out.

What is your return policy?

Your satisfaction with our product line is not enough... we want you to be completely thrilled with your purchase!!

If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with the quality of the product, simply return it in its original condition and packaging and we will refund your money... no questions asked!
We certainly hope you will never need to return a product, but in the unlikely event that you do, following is our current return policy:

If you do need to return an item, please contact us at 1.866.609.5918, or send an email to info@canaan-online.com to request a return merchandise authorization. Once the returned item is received, we will refund your money or credit your account (less shipping cost), within 3 to 10 days of receipt of the item.

*Although we do have a 'no questions asked' return policy, it would be greatly appreciated if you would volunteer an explanation for your return. We are constantly striving to improve our product line and your feedback would greatly assist us in better serving you and other customers in the future.

No information will be passed on to any other organization.

Payments

You can pay by Check, PayPal, Credit card or Bank to Bank money transfer.
Online Payments are powered by PayPal. If you don't have a PayPal account, you can pay using credit card (without opening PayPal account).

Upon receiving full payment, the product will be shipped directly from Israel to the shipping address. All products are fully insured and will be delivered by EMS Company. Please allow 10-14 business days for delivery (in most cases it takes less!!).
