Ms Lalo, a graduate of Shenkar College for Fashion and Textile,
began her professional career in 1990 designing distinctive fashion
accessories. Her Unique look and imaginative eye had brought her much
attention by leading fashion designers for custom work on the runway.
Feeling
very comfortable designing accessories she decided to broaden her
experience and challenged herself by working with larger pieces that
included Home Decor and Table Top.
Orna`s artistic philosophy is expressed in her own own words:
`I always think about the person who will be using my products, I
want my colorful creations to smile at you and make you feel good`.
To create objects with a friendly feel and cheerful appearance, Orna
Lalo adds: "The materials I use are man-made, but I create the illusion
of a natural organic material with the use of color, translucency,
opacity, and design and a variety of medias, allowing for plenty of
imagination to take place with the end user".
