Ana Bekoach
This prayer is named also “Shem Ben Mem-Bet” which means: Name of
42. It is one of the most important combinations that were given to
humanity.
This combination is very ancient and was encoded also
in Genesis (From the word BERESHIT to the word VAVOHOO), but it’s
considered to be from 500 years earlier – Abraham’s time which the Book
of Yetsira (Creation) is related to.
This prayer was written in the first century by Rabi
Nehonia ben HaKanah, who was an important Kabalistic Rabbi and a great
Tana. He knew that a time will come when people will lose their
spirituality and shall not know what to do with Kabala meditation
codes, and therefore he wrote this prayer.
The name of the prayer “Ana Bekoach” comes from the first two words of the prayer.
The prayer is divided into 7 psalms of 6 words each.
The importance of the prayer is in the first letter of each word that
builds 7 combinations of 6 letters, all together 42 letters. With time
the prayer was inserted into the “Sidur” and can be found in the
Shaharit and Mincha prayers, and in the Shabbat prayer before Lecha
Dodi. These 42 are encoded also in the “Keriat Shma” and other
important prayers.
The prayer Every combination of the seven combinations takes us to a
different energy level; every combination is a secret code that
connects us to a different frequency.
After the 7th psalm we whisper one more psalm that
helps apply the energy and prevents it from being scattered or to be
used by negative powers.
The psalm is: ברוך שם כבוד מלכותו לעולם ועד.
The “Ana
Bekoach” prayer has great power. We should pray it with awareness of
