The Jewish amulet is inscribed with the famous psalms from the book of Ecclesiastes that describe the circle of life, and are thus written accordingly. The song opens with the well-known lines: "To every thing there is a season, and a time to every purpose under the heaven: A time to be born, and a time to die" (3:1-2).
Israel-native artist Shirely Lev is a graduate of Israel's prestigious Bezalel Academy of Art and has also studied theology and philosophy at Tel Aviv University. Lev uses a modern technique to bring a unique look that has something of an ancient style. 


Shirely Lev's pedants are also imprinted with "made in Israel" and are signed by the artist.
