To date I can not comment, as the pendant has not yet arrived at my daughter's home. This is disappointing, as I understood that delivery would be effected within 2-3 weeks from placement of order. However, let me add that the delay could well be caused by the "busyness" of all services over the Christmas/ NewYear period. I do look forward to receiving this gift, as it is in memory of my wife who died 16 months ago.
