I gave it to my sister as a gift. It was beautiful and she loved it. While the merchandise was of the outstanding quality I have come to expect, the customer service during this shopping experience was absolutely TERRIBLE! Two e-mails requesting a clarification on a discrepency between a picture and the descriptive measurements given on a Havdalah set went totally unanswered. I followed up with a phone call and was taken aback by the total lack of concern by the Canaan representative. Consequently, the item was not purchased and I will purchase merchandise from Canaan on line in the future only as a last resort and for sure my word of mouth comments will no longer be positive with respect to customer service.

BEAUTIFUL necklace!! I waited for 3 weeks (didn't know it came all the way from Israel...) but i am sooooo happy with my name necklace. I will definitely shop again at Canaan!
