The Hamsa is designed by renowned Israeli Judaica artist, Ester Shahaf. Decorated with Swarovski crystals and copper appliqué, the Hamsa has a truly unique shape. The two symmetrical sides of the Hamsa hand are shaped as two doves, gazing at opposite sides.
In Jewish tradition, Hamsa is used to ward off the evil eye, while the dove is the ultimate symbol of peace. The Hamsa is beautifully inscribed in Hebrew with the blessing: " Blessed shalt thou be when thou comest in, and blessed shalt thou be when thou goest out (Deuteronomy: 28,6).
