This beautiful necklace is one of our most unique pieces. Designed by renowned Israeli jewelry designer Adina Plastelina, the pendant is made from sterling silver and polymer clay.
Inspired by the symbols of the holy land, the studio has created this remarkable olive branch design. The necklace is made using a special technique called Millefiori process. Millefiori technique meaning creating a picture by 3D sculpting which gives the product its unique and radiant appearance. The pendant features a prominent Jewish motif: an olive branch which is one of the the seven species the land of Israel was blessed with and a symbol of peace.

ABOUT THE ARTIST

Adina Plastelina specializes in the design and crafting of unique jewelry by means of the Millefiori process.
Millefiori is the combination of the Italian words Mille (Thousand) and Fiori (Flowers), a term used for the first time around the 1850, yet the process itself has been in use for about 2,000 years.
Now, two thousand years later, the talented craftsman of Adina Plastelina, have revived this technique and applied it to Polymer Clay. The play of colors, shapes and patterns, joined together with materials such as silver & gold, transform these pieces into handmade, individual works of art, no two of which are identical.
