These beautiful earrings are designed by Adina Plastelina, an Israeli jewelry studio who has become known for its inspiring jewelry collections. Handmade by the artists. Adina's pieces are all made using Millefiori technique. Millefiori technique means creating a picture by 3D sculpting which gives the product its unique and radiant appearance. The earrings in beautiful shades of turquoise are made from sterling silver and polymer clay. Hummingbirds have powerful association in many cultures around the world. The Aztecs, an ethnic group from South America, used to wear hummingbird talismans as the birds were admired by their energy and vigor.

Adina Plastelina specializes in the design and crafting of unique jewelry by means of the Millefiori process.
Millefiori is the combination of the Italian words Mille (Thousand) and Fiori (Flowers), a term used for the first time around the 1850, yet the process itself has been in use for about 2,000 years.
Now, two thousand years later, the talented craftsmen of Adina Plastelina, have revived this technique and applied it to Polymer Clay. The play of colors, shapes and patterns, joined together with materials such as silver & gold, transform these pieces into handmade, individual works of art, no two of which are identical.
