|Do you ship to my country?
||Please create an account by clicking the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site. During signup we'll ask for your shipping address details including country. If your country is not in the dropdown menu of available countries, unfortunately we cannot ship to your country at this time.
|What are my payment choices?
||During the checkout process you may choose any of our current payment options and continue to place your order. Please note that we will not ship your order until we receive payment from you.
|When will my order ship and what are my shipping charges?
||Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices. We will ship your order shortly after we receive payment from you.
|What is the return policy?
||Your satisfaction with our product line is not enough...
we want you to be completely thrilled with your purchase!!
If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with the quality
of the product, you can return any order (except custom orders) for refund or exchange within 30 days from the date received. no questions asked!
We certainly hope you will never need to return a product, but in the
unlikely event that you do, following is our current return policy:
If you do need to return an item, please contact us at 1-800-599-2812,
or send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org to request a return
merchandise authorization. Once the returned item is received, we will
refund your money or credit your account (less shipping cost), within 3
to 10 days of receipt of the item.
*Although we do have a 'no questions asked' return policy, it would be
greatly appreciated if you would volunteer an explanation for your
return. We are constantly striving to improve our product line and your
feedback would greatly assist us in better serving you and other
customers in the future.
How to return an order:
1. Obtain the Return Authorization Number: To generate an RMA (return authorization) number, send us an email to email@example.com or call us to 1-800-681-4584
2. How to Package Your Return: Package all your items securely so it is one unified package ready for deliver. include the RMA number inside the package.
Note: You should NOT indicate on the package that it contains jewelry
or other luxury-related items, as this invites theft. Please write on
the package - Returned Item to sender.
3. Shipment and Insurance: The
minimum return shipping method should be USPS First Class Mail with
insurance and a signature required. Make sure that you can track your
package. This will help guarantee that the package arrives at
Canaan-online.com for quick and easy refunding.
